Sketch Challenge at DDS

Of course you'd like a sketch challenge... this is a pretty neat one too!  Head on over to Dustin Pike's Blog and create a masterpiece using Dustin's images and the sketch show there. Even I could do it with this "brand new" dragon from Dustin. He is colored using Copic markers in colors picked out by my own dear Son. I like to think of him as a chocolate dragon.  Really, this is one of the best things I've ever colored.  Enjoy and join in on the fun at "Pike's Playground."

I popped Dustin's Yeddie up on thicker pop dots and wrapped the card with a little eyelash yarn to mimic flying snow.  I hope you like it.

Happy Birthday for Dustin Challenge!

Wednesday is Dustin's birthday... I am so grateful to him for having the talent and foresight to share his great images with me and all of you.  This challenge is an "Anything Birthday" challenge... Create your magic using one of Dustin's images (he has a lot of freebies). I'm sure you will love his images and his prices are great! For an even better experience his "Club" is the place to be.

A Cutie Patootie just for Jenn!

A shout out to Jenn.. I know Pink is your least favorite color so I'm not going to mail this to you... but as you can see...I think of you often when I'm coloring...
This is one of Dustin Pike's older images (from 2010 I think).  Colored the bunny with Copics, added some Mod Podge dimension to his teeth and matted with DCWV Sweets matstack from a couple years ago. The text is PC generated. I hope you like it!

Cards for Soldiers

Happy 2012 fellow bloggers!
I'm not getting as many CFS cards done lately as I'd like.  I worked on them a while today and thought I should show you these two Dustin Pike images I colored and made into Valentine's Day cards for the troops.  There are still a lot of military men and women deployed overseas with the task of protecting our freedom, and I thank them all.
