Green Goddess Leila is giving away blog candy just for us (fellow bloggers) to share her two year anniversay and to share why we're crafting/blogging...  I'm doing it because I love it... blogging is very new to me though. I've just been blogging for a few months.

Experimental card (for me)

I normally will use rubber or clear stamps for sentiments and the occassional image, but not often.  I'm a huge fan of Dustin Pike and love, love, love his digital art!! I went to a Stampin' Up party at A Cup of Memories Thursday evening and got some stampin mojo. Many thanks to the ladies there for hosting this inspirational party.

I tried using presentation paper for the front of this card to see how well inks would adhere and layer... I think it turned out fairly well.  I'd love to hear your opinion!

DDS Challenge 17 - "Fold Away!"

The challenge at Doodle Dragon Studio this week was to use an alternative fold on a card base.  I chose the "Joy Fold" card.  The layout of this card enabled me to add six (6) Dustin Pike digi images to my card.  They were all colored with Sakuru pens and Copic markers.  I had a blast making this card and I hope you enjoy it too!
